DESIGN UNDER SKY was one of four nationally recognized Landscape Architecture/Design studio’s selected to exhibit in the 2026 Philadelphia Flower Show.
The title of our exhibit ‘[DECAY]DENCE’, is a a thought-provoking installation that reframes the wild and overlooked plants commonly found thriving in urban cracks and margins, often dismissed as weeds, are carefully composed into a classical, orderly garden. Through deliberate structure and attentive care, the display elevates these resilient species, inviting visitors to reconsider beauty, value, and intention in the cultivated landscape. “[DECAY]DENCE” celebrates the quiet elegance of the under-appreciated and the transformative power of stewardship.
The exhibit was installed in just four days (after months of planning!) and was up for the duration of the flower show from February 28-March 8 2026, viewed by over 250,000 visitors.
